Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Mid-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our virtual operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data, including enrollment, terminations, and coverage level changes

  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, including PHI/PII/HIPAA
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers to resolve enrollment errors and reports
  • Perform basic account installation functions, including review of group setup documentation and coding on enrollment system
  • Navigate concurrently between multiple software systems with relative ease
  • Work in a production environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve corporate objectives and meet deadlines

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to identify and understand the importance of confidential information, and the consequences of data breaches
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with a proven ability to complete distance learning and webinars
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including internet research and email communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a Quality/Production driven environment

  • Exposure to healthcare, health insurance, medical information, and direct service experience
  • Proven ability to successfully complete project management and supervision tasks
  • Experience performing duties that are detailed in nature
