Responsibilities

As a Customer Education Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Guiding small groups and individuals in learning how to use arenaflex products effectively, with a focus on hands-on learning and personalized support.
  • Facilitating training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
  • Listening to customers' needs and adjusting your teaching methods accordingly, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Interacting with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance and support, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
  • Promoting an inclusive environment by respecting differences and encouraging curiosity, creating a welcoming space for customers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Supporting team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services, contributing to a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Education Specialist, you'll need:

  • A passion for education and a commitment to empowering others through hands-on learning.
  • Experience teaching small groups and multiple customers simultaneously, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with users and understand their goals and needs.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to adhere to a structured training schedule, with a focus on meeting business needs and goals.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Comfort with selling as well as teaching, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Ability to recommend in-store support options like business services and the Genius Bar, helping customers to get the most out of their arenaflex products.
