Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management and content creation team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, content creation, and market research. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reporting to a data manager or senior data team member, you will ensure accurate and updated data is easily accessible through our digital database.
- Performing various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Typing in data provided directly from customers.
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
- Updating existing data.
- Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
- Performing market research.
- Creating presentations, as assigned.
- Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or virtual assistant.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Ability to type 9,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Ability to grasp and retain instructions.
- High level of concentration.
- Self-motivated.

- Ability to work independently.
