About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, provide exceptional customer experiences, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • Internet Requirements:
