Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers daily and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced, fun environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and running the register with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to create a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
