Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service excellence, exceeding customer expectations and commitments
• Becoming the "go-to" for customer needs, challenges, and requests
• Partnering with the outside sales team to keep customers satisfied and informed
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely product delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
• Championing corporate marketing initiatives, such as training events and product launches
• Building deeply satisfying relationships internally and externally

Work Areas:

As a CSR in the Electrical Supply Industry, you will work hands-on with customers and products, providing customer service excellence in one or more of the following essential areas:

• Counter Sales (Front of Store)
• Inside Sales
• Warehousing
• Supporting and Partnering with Outside Sales and Marketing and Communications
• Vendor Relations—Incoming and outgoing calls

Essential Qualifications:

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Be a quick study, willing and able to apply ongoing learning
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with business-to-business sales experience and Electrical Supply and Distribution knowledge. If you have a background in sales and a passion for the electrical industry, we encourage you to apply.

Physical Requirements:

The following physical requirements are necessary for this role:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Answering multi-line phone systems
• Managing/taking inventory
• Unloading shipments (semi)
• Loading customer vehicles
• Fork-lift experience preferred

Schedule:

The typical schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with overtime as needed.
