Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide training and education, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Consult with new and existing arenaflex customers to provide ad-hoc training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

  • Bug reporting and tracking to ensure that our products and services are meeting customer expectations
  • Recommend best practice use cases of arenaflex products and services based on an understanding of the customer's business
  • Remain up to date on arenaflex product features and identify use cases to drive customers to best practice standards
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers to ensure their success
  • Collaborate closely across departments to support the success of our customers
  • Coordinate product demos and refer prospective customers to the Sales team
  • Assist the Sales team with product knowledge to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Create strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
  • Maintain a highly organized and accurate task list, visible to the Success team and Management

Requirements

* Passion for ensuring a positive customer experience via e-mail, chat, phone calls, and video calls

  • Experience working cross-functionally within a customer-facing organization to support a joint outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via oral & written formats; Excel skills are a strong plus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle complex customer issues
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
  • Ability to work in a high growth environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions
  • Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or SaaS company

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM software and customer success platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* $55,000 - 65,000 base salary, depending on experience
