Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 4:00am. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling phone calls, walk-ins, and data entry, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews, and providing exceptional customer service
- Completing data entry in our database for new applicants and check-ins
- Organizing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents
- Developing a strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines
- Maintaining weekly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance records
- Strong computer skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment
- 1 year of experience with Kronos timekeeping and scheduling systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience with data entry and database management
