Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing empathetic and informed support to resolve billing inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and effective resolution of financial obligations.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Maintain performance goals and objectives, consistently delivering high-quality service and achieving targets.
- Complete a structured training program to become proficient with processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration into the team.

Technical Requirements:
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring reliable and high-speed internet connectivity.
- No satellite internet, with the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord.
- Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord, without using Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports.
License, Certification, and Education:
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
Shift and Schedule:
* Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, 8am-5pm PST)
- 2nd shift differential pay for EST, recognizing your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service during non-traditional hours.
- During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST, with a gradual transition to the regular shift schedule.

Pay Range:
* $15.25-$16.00 per hour, or State/Local minimum wage, if higher, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases based on performance and experience.
Benefits:
