Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Timesheet and Expense processing, and account reconciliations
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to their satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and meet or exceed billable utilization requirements
- Developing and maintaining internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and templates
- Adapting to new skills and modules as directed by the Manager
- Recording time worked daily and meeting or exceeding required billable utilization requirements
- Working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Demonstrating basic knowledge of accounting functions and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an accounting specialist or equivalent position
- Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends if required
- The job is remote and may require some travel
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience with automated accounting systems
- AS/AA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Associate’s degree
- Ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role
