Key Responsibilities:

As a German speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a low average response time
  • Providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, utilizing excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support and services
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in German (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in email management and customer support software
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

* Previous experience in Amazon Seller Support or a similar role

  • Knowledge of Amazon policies, procedures, and product offerings
  • Familiarity with account management, listing creation, and optimization
