Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their orders. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and documenting all conversations in our client information database. You will also be responsible for ensuring all assigned clients have an order on file and for contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all conversations with clients into client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
Essential Qualifications
* High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
