Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support within 1 hour.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
  • Conducting outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Upholding company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications, setting a positive tone for customer interactions.

Qualifications
