Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, either via phone or in person
- Assisting customers with new reservations, checking in, and preparing for their trips
- Supporting drivers and management teams during operational issues, such as fleet issues, accidents, or weather-related disruptions
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure seamless service delivery

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups
- A commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation, drug test, and other required screenings
- Preferred qualifications include at least one year of providing customer service experience
