Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering and managing inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally. * Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer support, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling service requests. * Assisting technicians in the field by relaying messages, updating schedules, and coordinating job details. * Maintaining accurate customer records, job details, and schedules using our internal systems. * Communicating effectively with customers regarding service timelines, technician arrivals, and follow-up needs. * Processing payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed. * Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * Prior customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry. * Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required – training will be provided. * Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift between phone calls, emails, and technician support. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. * A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
