Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of prescription needs for injured workers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
- Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
- Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits
- Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
- Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
- Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
- Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions
- Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be valuable assets in this role.
