Key Responsibilities:

* Answer client questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process loans and payments with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience (previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus)

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) language skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
