Customer Service & Sales Associate Expectations
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping local business owners save money on their credit card processing
- Prospecting leads through a combination of warm leads and referrals
- Attending appointments set by marketing and pitching arenaflex's products and services
- Following arenaflex's proven sales methods to negotiate and close new deals
- Checking in with National Sales Managers for support in closing new accounts and receiving additional training
- Following up with leads and moving them through the sales funnel
- Attending ongoing trainings to enhance sales skills
- Attending AM conference calls to learn about daily bonuses and prizes
- Remote work – from home (10%) and field sales work (90%)
Customer Service & Sales Associate Qualifications
We're looking for sales candidates who are self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing, with a passion for helping businesses succeed. If you have:
- Customer service background (preferred)
- Self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing personality
- All levels of sales experience accepted, some sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to network/self-market to gain self-generated leads
- Great time management, positive mindset, communication, and integrity
