Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
- Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their needs
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
Preferred Qualifications:
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
