Experienced German Speaker Customer Support & Content Moderation Specialist – International Team
Key Responsibilities
As a German Speaker Customer Support & Content Moderation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring compliance with community standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer support and content moderation processes
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong German language skills (B2 level) and English language skills (B1-B2 level)
- EU passport
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to one of our international locations
