Position Overview

We're seeking part-time remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, ensuring that our members have a seamless experience.
• Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring an optimal user experience, highlighting the benefits of our service.
• Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights.
• Collaborating with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, driving continuous growth and innovation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Residency: Must be based in the United States.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).

• Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, providing a positive and supportive experience. + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
