Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Multilingual Support for arenaflex Clients

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to submit to a background check and drug test
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 10:15am to 7:15pm any day of the week

Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping customers with empathy and a solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems

• Identify customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided
• Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
• Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex and client programs, policies, and technology
• Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Provide support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences
