The Role

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to explain services and claims information. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible hours between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. You'll have the opportunity to earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra Paid Time Off by meeting your monthly incentive goal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system

  • Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
  • Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and arenaflex's products and services

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to learn basic medical terminology
  • Weekday schedule flexibility
  • Career-oriented and strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet and professional work environment free of distractions
  • High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)

  • Knowledge of medical billing and claims processing
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with the ability to earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra Paid Time Off
