Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Remote Chat Support Representatives to join our global team. As a chat support representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing live text-based support via chat. You'll assist users with login issues, billing questions, subscription modifications, and basic troubleshooting, using company-provided templates and workflows to ensure consistent, professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to live chat inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
- Assist users with account access, payment updates, and subscription management, using company-provided templates and SOPs for consistency
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Maintain courteous and professional communication, using scripted responses and workflows to ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Compensation and Scheduling
* Starting pay: $25/hour
- Raises: To $30-$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
- Shifts: Available 24/7 through a self-service scheduler, with a minimum of 15 hours per week
Training and Onboarding
* 2-hour online training: Comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
- Practice with simulated chats: Develop your skills in a safe and controlled environment
- First live shift monitored by QA: Receive feedback and guidance to ensure you're meeting our quality standards
- Paid shifts start within 35 days: Get started with paid shifts quickly, with opportunities to earn a competitive hourly rate
