Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join our distribution team at arenaflex. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for managing customer order intake, processing, and data entry, as well as handling customer price adjustments and related correspondence. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer order intake, processing, and data entry, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of orders to the shipping department
- Handling customer price adjustments and related correspondence, providing clear and concise communication to resolve customer queries
- Collaborating with the sales team to support sales activities and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish
- Updating customer files with changes in addresses, quoted prices, delivery instructions, and other relevant notes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Serving as the primary customer liaison for order processing, ERP system data entry, and coordination with operations and sales teams on product availability and shipment status
- Ensuring timely processing of customer returns, following established procedures to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of data entry and order processing procedures
- A customer-first mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- 2 years of experience in order processing or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
