The Role
As a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt, helpful, and friendly support. This is a remote position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving. You will be working independently in a remote environment, but will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and messages from customers: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general inquiries: Provide customers with detailed information about our products and services, as well as updates on their orders and general inquiries.
- Resolve complaints or escalate them as needed: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.

Qualifications
