What You'll Be Doing
As a Part-Time Night Shift Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers via live chat during late-night hours. You'll respond to questions about accounts, billing, subscriptions, and more, using prewritten responses and internal tools to solve problems efficiently. You'll work in short blocks (2–6 hours) and have full support, even during off-hours.
Your Nightly Responsibilities
* Log into your secure dashboard during your selected night shift
- Handle 2–3 chat conversations at a time
- Use prewritten responses and internal help docs to solve problems
- Escalate technical or policy-related issues
- Keep clean records of each interaction
