Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for following up with designated customers to address their product, service, or account inquiries. You will also establish and maintain relationships with customers by displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Use a generated lead list to follow up with prospective customers and address their product, service, or account inquiries

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers by displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
  • Participate in classroom-style learning, role playing, and completing product knowledge exercises to ensure a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Manage accounts and help develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed
  • Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with customer service and sales departments to promote client's products and services, as well as follow up with a generated lead list provided by the client specifically

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • At least 1-2 years of successfully working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt when new products are released or compliance policies have been updated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to properly track and manage orders
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge of brand management and consulting principles, with a strong understanding of the importance of customer advocacy
  • Experience working with a generated lead list, with a strong focus on follow-up and account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
