Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
- Accurately entering customer orders and maintaining accurate records
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers by making outbound calls to existing customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Data entry skills and accuracy
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
