What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Group Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product or service information and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints: Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Analyzing customer feedback: Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Tracking key performance indicators: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, ensuring that customer service standards are met.
  • Order management: Process orders, changes, and cancellations, tracking and updating customers on the status of their orders and requests.
  • Monitoring shipping conditions: Monitor shipping conditions and routing for accuracy, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in good condition.

What do you bring?

To be successful as a Customer Service Group Lead at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
