Role and Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests through phone, chat, and email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by providing timely, accurate, and personalized support. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Right to work in India: You must have the right to work in India and be able to provide documentation to support this.
  • Strong communication skills in English: You will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Availability to work varying shifts: You will need to be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace: You will need to have a dedicated office space with a desk and chair.
  • Technical requirements: You will need a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
