We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Cashier to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our retail team, you'll provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. - Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $15.50 to $20.15 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
