As an E-Commerce Customer Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our eCommerce strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Customer Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our eCommerce strategy for Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- E-Commerce Strategy Development: Lead the development of our USA Chewy.com (USA/CAN) and California Pet Pharmacy (Walmart/Target Marketplace).com E-Commerce strategy and sales plans with key customers in accordance with corporate goals.
- Account Management: Manage and build relationships with E-Commerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets, establishing short and long-term sales goals for all e-commerce products.
- P&L Oversight: Provide P&L oversight for key accounts to maximize profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling expenses.
- Sales and Marketing Planning: Develop annual sales and marketing plans and budget, recommend and manage pricing, trade budgets, and spending effectiveness.
- Promotional Planning: Help create and execute annual promotional plans for pet products with customers and execute with excellence.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Collaborate with Demand Planning to create annual forecasts and provide monthly updates and inputs to allow for timely adjustments and on-time delivery.
- Project Management: Organize and manage the various components needed to initiate, oversee, and execute major projects; channel/account-specific campaigns and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing to provide strategic and tactical input, set advertising budgets, and commercial plans that drive business with online customers.
- Competitor Analysis: Understand competitors in specific markets and develop strategies that position arenaflex brands as category leaders.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience
domestically or internationally
Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background
preferred
Pet category experience

- In-depth understanding of developing, executing sales and marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns

Proficient in Microsoft suite
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or marketing-related discipline, with a minimum of five years related experience and/or training.
