Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making daily inbound and outbound calls to clients, listening to their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining and updating the record of all customer communications, including call logs, emails, and other relevant interactions
- Providing clients with accurate and timely information about our products and services, as well as promoting relevant offers and promotions
- Processing customer applications and refund requests in a fair and efficient manner
- Escalating urgent queries to senior management for prompt resolution
- Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Informing clients about promotional offers and new product launches
- Maintaining and updating call logs to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
- Responding to customer emails and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Calling clients to obtain and verify relevant information, such as contact details and order history
- Managing customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of customer service practices and guidelines, including industry standards and best practices
