Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
- Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
- Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
- Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
- Participating in sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth
- Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive business results
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or industry-related environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
