As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loans, handling cash transactions, and making collection calls. Key Responsibilities
* Provide superior customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process loans, including reviewing loan applications, verifying customer information, and disbursing funds.
- Handle cash transactions, including cashing checks, processing payments, and managing cash drawers.
- Make collection calls to customers, communicating with them to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer information, loan details, and transaction history.
Requirements
* Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Collections experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screen

* Experience in the title loan industry or a related field
