The Role

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Utilize product knowledge and resources to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers - Update customer profiles and records with relevant information regarding their inquiries and resolutions - Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service - Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by arenaflex

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer systems and ability to type at least 40 words per minute - Familiarity with aerospace or defense products and services is a plus - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
