About the Job
We're seeking experienced data entry representatives to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a data entry representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our products and services, and working with internal departments to meet customer needs. You'll also be responsible for data entry in various platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Data entry in various platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (not required)
- Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
- Data entry and business skills
- Effective listening and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize details and resolve issues
- Experience with personal computers and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen focus to detail
