Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Tampa, USA. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support business decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Provide training and support to business users on data analysis and reporting tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data science
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, marketing, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, R, or Python
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Strong understanding of sales, distribution, inventory, and production processes
