Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our evening and weekend shift team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (a plus)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (a plus)
