Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:

Model and convey a great customer experience, registering deals on assigned sales registers, and providing clients with friendly, fair, and efficient checkout services.

Client Experience:

Attract and engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services. Resolve client issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Data Entry:

Enter data accurately and efficiently, processing voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as necessary.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory levels, checking in and costing stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or shift leader.

Store Operations:

Execute organization resource security strategies to identify and limit benefit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding managed items.

Visual Merchandising:

Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and updates as directed.

Photography Services:

Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo services, banner print, and creative machine services.

Web Orders:

Take on web order responsibilities, screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests (pick items), and delivering requests to clients as they arrive at the store.

Store Maintenance:

Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance.

Special Tasks:

Complete special tasks and other assignments as directed.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Eagerness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
