Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Healthcare Quality Improvement Program by designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and inform decision-making. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team of data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals to develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses that support our reporting and analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our IT and data science teams to design and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our Healthcare Quality Improvement Program
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses that support our reporting and analytics needs
- Design and implement data visualization tools and reports to support business decision-making
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata to support data governance and compliance
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data science
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue
- Strong experience with data warehousing and data governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data security and compliance
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Matplotlib
- Experience with agile development methodologies
