Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
