Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, working closely with teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional software to our customers, and your passion for collaboration will drive innovation and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement critical workflow tooling at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences

• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, working closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress and measure success
• Work closely with teams to develop and implement process improvements, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making
• Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau and other relevant technologies

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language
• Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience developing and maintaining complex dashboards
• Capable SQL skills, with experience aggregating, querying, and validating data
• Experience working with large data sets, including data inspection and validation

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, and code transport
• Product ownership experience, with a focus on key results and driving efforts to achieve concrete outcomes through analytics
• Project management experience, with a focus on planning and executing efforts across multiple teams
