About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our VOC team, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs and requirements
• Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform data-driven solutions and drive business transformation
• Designing and building robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing expert guidance on data analytics and statistical modeling to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
• Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, statistics, and data modeling, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining data models and statistical models to support business insights and inform strategic decisions
• Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements
• Providing expert guidance on data analytics and statistical modeling to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
• Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3+ years of experience in data analytics, statistics, and data modeling, with a strong background in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems, with a strong understanding of data processing and statistical modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working with Qualtrics and other survey platforms
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
