Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Provider Data Services, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our supplier data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of supplier data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements

  • Support staff from end-to-end, providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Create and maintain rules for data base integrity, medical activities, data set arrangement, and communication processes with other departments
  • Assist with pattern supplier data exchanges that cannot be managed automatically through the supplier data set due to system restrictions or data integrity issues
  • Perform estimate segment exchange updates in supplier framework applications to ensure accurate settlement and supplier catalog
  • Perform consumption emergency and answer network requests, raising issues when necessary
  • Provide ongoing office support in analysis and investigation critical for resolving concerns/issues raised by suppliers and other internal/external clients
  • Conduct reviews of supplier data and raise issues for resolution as necessary
  • Automate and physically load, maintain, and settle all new and modified participating supplier data exchanges (simple to complex)
  • May also load external contracted payments into relevant systems
  • Remove data from supplier systems to meet business reporting requirements

Required Capabilities

* 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Supplier Information Services frameworks and opposite end client applications

  • 1-3 years of organization foundation
  • High-level Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of equations and VLOOKUPs
  • 1+ years of QNXT experience

Preferred Capabilities

* SQL and QuickBase experience

  • Strong relational skills

Education

* Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation and Benefits

This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other applicable variables. This position is eligible for a arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary motivation program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
