Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person communication, providing timely resolutions and enhancing the customer's experience with our health insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with their questions regarding policies, claims, and services while resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
