Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolving complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues
- Working with various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits
- Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Online business Part Administration Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficiency with computer software and hardware, including writing and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bilingual skills are a plus
