Experienced Technical Lead Manager – Digital Protection and Threat Intelligence

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. This is an on-location, client-facing position with the option for remote work. If you're a skilled professional with experience in CTI procedures and applications, partner management, and US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive navigation and specific activity for clients by conveying significant knowledge to their security or functional conditions. - Serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. - Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional needs, providing expert guidance and support. - Develop and implement strategies to address client security and functional concerns. - Lead and manage teams of experts in digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response. - Communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on digital protection and threat intelligence. - Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover. - Experience in partner management, including driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives. - US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities. - Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new CTI colleagues. - Ability to correspond raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings. - Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence partners. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions.
