Job Summary As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through live chat, email, and other digital channels. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities * Respond to live chat messages, emails, and other digital communications from customers in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability * Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, escalating them to senior support specialists as needed * Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and stored * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or a related field (e.g. sales, marketing, hospitality) * Familiarity with live chat software and platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat) * Experience with CRM systems and data management * Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Support Specialist) Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and issues * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
